Specimen Requirements
Draw blood in a serum gel tube. Spin down and send 1 full tube of serum for every allergy panel ordered. Send specimen refrigerated. Avoid hemolysis. If there is a delay in transport of >1 week, send specimen frozen in plastic vial.

Includes cat dander, cockroach, cod fish, dust mite (D. farinae and D pteronyssimus), milk, mold (Alternaria alternata and Cladosporium herbarum), peanut, soybean, walnut, shrimp, wheat, and total IgE.
