Specimen Requirements
Draw blood in a serum gel tube. Spin down and send 1 full tube of serum for every allergy panel ordered. Send specimen refrigerated. Avoid hemolysis. If there is a delay in transport of >1 week, send specimen frozen in plastic vial.

Includes bermuda grass, cat dander, cockroach, common ragweed, dog dander, elm, dust mite (D. farinae and D pteronyssimus), rough marsh elder, Timothy grass (Phleium pretense), mold (Alternaria tenuis, Aspergillus fumigatus, Cladosporium herbarum, and Penicillium notatum), oak, pecan (hickory), rough pigweed, walnut, birch, maple, mulberry, mountain cedar, and total IgE.
