Specimen Requirements

10 mL from a 24-hour urine collection in a plastic, screw-capped urine container supplied. Add 10 mL of 6N HCl as preservative at start of collection. Mix well before taking 10-mL aliquot. Refrigerate specimen during collection, and send specimen refrigerated.
Note:  24-Hour volume is required on request form for processing.
