Specimen Requirements
Draw blood in a plain, red-top tube(s), or green top tube 30 minutes before dose of gentamicin. Spin down and send 1 mL of serum refrigerated.
Note: Date and time of last dose is required on request form for processing.

Frozen - 4 weeks
