Specimen Requirements

Using clear Scotch^TM tape or paddles, collect specimen as follows:
1. Specimen is best obtained 1 to 3 hours after patient has retired or first thing in morning before bath or bowel movement. 
2. Separate buttocks, apply tape/paddle to anal folds, and then place in transport vial.
